TO ALL BIDDERS:
The following additions, deletions, and/or changes or clarifications to the drawings, specifications, and bidding documents for this project, shall become and are hereby made part of the Contract Documents. They change the original documents only in the manner and to the extent stated. Each bidder shall acknowledge receipt of this ADDENDUM in the appropriate location on the bid proposal form.
This ADDENDUM consists of one (1) page, including this page. All requirements of the original Specifications and Drawings and previous Addendum, if applicable, shall remain in force except as noted by this ADDENDUM.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS ADDENDUM IS TO CHANGE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
Drawings:
1. Sheet EY001:
a. Pre-Bid RFI Question No. 14 (Amendment No. 1 dated 3/4/2021) requested verification of responsibilities per the Security Device Responsibility Matrix on sheet EY001 per Addendum No.
01.
b. Replace sheet EY001 with attached sheet EY001 dated 3/4/2021.
2. Sheet AE600:
a. Per Pre-Bid RFI Question 7 (Amendment No. 1 dated 3/4/2021), hardware set #13 for door #102 is not correct.
b. Replace sheet AE600 with attached sheet AE600 dated 3/4/2021.
Specifications:
1. Section 028200:
a. Per Pre-Bid RFI Question 11 (Amendment No. 1 dated 3/4/2021), the Asbestos Survey
Assessment Report was not inserted into the project manual.
b. Insert the attached Asbestos Survey Assessment Report dated 4/29/2020 at the end of section
028200 of the project manual.
