About this file

This is an E-Bid Instructions document issued by the Multi-Region Purchasing Cooperative (MRPC) for electronic bid submissions through the Bonfire/Euna online platform. The document provides comprehensive guidance for vendors participating in solicitations managed by MRPC. Vendors must register accounts in Bonfire at https://region10.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities with no account setup fees required. All solicitation documents, forms, and bid tables are available for download within Bonfire's "Files" section. Vendors must submit completed bid tables with pricing information and all required documents through the platform by the specified deadline. Questions must be submitted through Bonfire's "Vendor Discussions" section, where answers will be shared with all registered bidders via email. The software enforces strict document format requirements and will reject improperly formatted submissions. Notably, no faxed, emailed, or mailed bids will be accepted under this procurement method.

The instructions permit digital signatures on all required forms using Adobe Fillable Forms in Adobe Acrobat, with no requirement for notarized signatures or printing and scanning. Vendors should note that incomplete proposals may be deemed non-responsive and subject to disqualification while being retained as public records under the Public Information Act. Bidders assume all risk associated with missed deadlines. Technical support is available through Bonfire's built-in help library and chat feature, as well as through the Purchaser's contact information referenced in the Solicitation Information Sheet. This fully electronic solicitation eliminates traditional paper-based submission methods and streamlines the vendor response process.
