About this file
This is a Price Summary Sheet exhibit prepared for the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) janitorial supplies solicitation. The document outlines the pricing structure for qualified firms responding to the invitation for bid, which covers janitorial supplies with a total budget of $200,000 allocated for an initial one-year term with one optional one-year renewal term. The pricing sheet serves as a standardized format for bidders to submit their cost proposals, allowing OCTA to systematically evaluate and compare pricing across all responsive submissions for the janitorial supplies contract.
The exhibit establishes the framework through which bidders must present their pricing for the various janitorial supply items and categories required by OCTA. By utilizing a standardized price summary sheet, the agency ensures transparency and uniformity in the evaluation process, enabling fair comparison of bids based on consistent pricing methodologies. This approach facilitates OCTA's ability to identify the most cost-effective vendor while maintaining quality standards for janitorial supplies necessary to support the authority's operations throughout the contract period.
