About this file

This is a Scope of Work exhibit for an Invitation for Bid (IFB 250089) issued by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) in California for the provision of janitorial supplies. OCTA seeks qualified contractors to supply janitorial supplies on an as-needed basis to two facilities: the Garden Grove location at 11790 Cardinal Circle and the Santa Ana location at 4301 W. MacArthur Boulevard. Deliveries must occur within four days of order receipt during business hours of Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays. All supplies must be new and unopened, properly identified with manufacturer numbers and descriptions, and sourced from the Price Summary Sheet provided with the IFB. The contract term is one year initially with one optional one-year renewal term, with a total budget of $200,000 allocated for this procurement.

Pricing for all supplies listed on the Price Summary Sheet must remain firm and fixed for the entire contract period with no increases, surcharges, or adjustments permitted. For miscellaneous supplies not listed on the Price Summary Sheet, contractors must obtain written approval and provide quotes based on current published pricing less applicable discounts, with both list and discounted prices itemized on invoices. Contractors may propose alternate or lower-cost substitutions only with prior written approval from the Material Management Planner and cross-reference documentation demonstrating equivalency. All items supplied carry standard manufacturer warranties, and defective or damaged items must be replaced or credited within fifteen days of notification at no cost to the Authority. Invoices must be submitted via email or mail with complete documentation including purchase order numbers, delivery locations, order dates, and itemized details; invoices exceeding $500 per unit for miscellaneous items require supporting documentation to verify pricing.
