The project appears to be the 16th St NE Bridge Project, which involves infrastructure construction and includes specific requirements for project scheduling, utility coordination, traffic maintenance, and coordination with other concurrent projects like the Vanderbilt Beach Road Extension Project and Golden Gate Canal Maintenance Access Ramp.
The contract includes several key financial and operational provisions, such as an 8% allowance to cover unforeseen conditions, no fuel or bituminous cost adjustments, and specific requirements for contractor presentations, project information signage, and as-built/record drawing submissions. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining additional permits like the Dewatering Permit from SFWMD and the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit from FDEP. Rock removal, utility coordination, and drainage pipe installation are addressed with specific technical requirements, and the contractor must coordinate with other ongoing projects in the area while adhering to strict permit and construction guidelines.
