About this file

This is a Project Bid Form for the Centre Square Seating Wall Construction project issued by the City of Easton, Pennsylvania. The project consists of constructing multiple freestanding seating walls around tree wells in landscaped areas using modular wall units in curved or segmented configurations. The scope of work encompasses seven line items: mobilization for all bid items, base and foundation preparation including excavation and compacted crushed stone base (4-6" depth), installation of four Techo-Bloc or Belgard modular wall units (50'-55' in length, 21' tall with caps included, totaling 100' face per wall) in dry-stack configuration with staggered joints, drainage and backfill installation with clean stone, filter fabric, and perforated drainpipe, cap installation using 3" thick stone or concrete caps with outdoor adhesive and 1-2% slope, finish grading and cleanup, and materials supply including wall units, caps, crushed stone, drainage stone, filter fabric, and adhesive. Bidders are required to complete all seven line items with individual costs and a total bid cost, along with contractor signature and date.

The bid form does not specify response dates, due dates, site visit requirements, or bidders' meetings. No information is provided regarding pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractors, contract duration, or renewal options. The form is structured as a straightforward cost estimation template requiring bidders to propose individual line item prices for each construction phase. The City of Easton reserves the right to refuse bids for any reason, consistent with standard municipal procurement practices.
