Cost Detailed cost can be found in each vendors cost sheet on SPO. Agencies will pay the respective category hourly rate plus an MSP and VMS service fee as listed below:
· Knowledge Services: MSP Service Fee 0.5%, VMS Service Fee 0.5%
· Computer Aid: MSP Service Fee 2.5%, VMS Service Fee 0.25% There may be times when the MSP presents candidates above the maximum hourly rate. If you have interest in selecting one of those candidates, it is recommended that you do the following:
· Do one of the following:
· If you are not comfortable with the hourly rate proposed or cannot afford the candidate at that rate, tell the MSP the hourly rate you wish to pay and they will review with the offering company. If the company refuses, then the candidate will likely be released from consideration.
OR
· You can request the MSP conduct a Best and Final Offer (BAFO). This process allows the MSP to ask the offering company if the proposed rate is the best and lowest price they can offer. Sometimes we see price reductions. If the initial price is the lowest they can offer, then you still have the ability to consider the candidate at that rate.
OR
· A Maximum Key Performer Premium has been established when the proposed worker meets or exceeds the criteria requirements. Below are the rates each vendor can add to the Not to Exceed Fully Burdened Hourly Base Rate:
· Knowledge Services: 7.5%
· Computer Aid: 50%
· Overtime –
· Any time worked over forty (40) hours in one (1) standard week, Monday through Friday.
· Overtime must be approved in writing by the Agency prior to overtime occurring.
