About this file
The document is an Attachment 9 - Proposed Subcontractors form for a solicitation (No. BPM006379) issued by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ), located in Phoenix, Arizona. The solicitation is for a contract with HDR Engineering, Inc., who has indicated they will NOT subcontract any portion of the work and will perform all tasks with their own personnel.
The contract appears to be focused on Capacity Development and Technical Assistance for Small Public Drinking Water Systems. While specific pricing, option periods, and detailed contract terms are not fully disclosed in this attachment, the document provides a template for potential subcontractor listings, including provisions for small business participation, work descriptions, and quality assurance/quality control measures. The solicitation suggests a state-level procurement targeting water system infrastructure support, with HDR Engineering positioned as the primary contractor responsible for all contracted work.
