About this file

This is a bid schedule document prepared by Provo City, Utah for the Fort Utah Park Improvements project located at 200 North Geneva Road in Provo, Utah. The project encompasses multiple construction disciplines including demolition, grading and excavation, electrical and lighting, concrete and hardscapes, asphalt, utility and drainage systems, site structures and furnishings, masonry, landscaping, and irrigation work. The scope focuses on replacing the parking lot curb and gutter, walkways, parking lot surface, and retaining wall. The bid schedule provides a detailed breakdown of individual line items, quantities, and unit costs organized by trade category, allowing bidders to submit pricing for each component of the work. The RFB number is PR2026001035, and the document serves as the pricing template that competing contractors must complete and submit with their sealed bids.

The bid schedule establishes the framework for cost evaluation and contract award determination by requiring bidders to price each work item according to specified quantities and units of measurement. The document is structured to ensure transparent and consistent pricing submissions across all bids received, facilitating objective comparison of proposals. Contractors must carefully review all line items and provide accurate unit pricing to ensure their total project cost reflects the full scope of work. This standardized schedule format is essential for Provo City's evaluation process and will form the basis for the construction contract if the bidder is selected for award.

BID SCHEDULE

There are active formulas that will automatically multiple Quantity and Unit Cost when entered. ONLY columns E and F should be edited by bidder.

The total construction costs shall be broken down into the categories indicated below to provide the Owner and engineer with a comparable analysis of each proposal submitted and a method for determining value engineering items as necessary. Every numbered item, subtotal and total shall have a dollar amount entered for the trade that you are bidding on. A line item entry that says “included” meaning included in the total is not acceptable.

All pricing shall include all work, materials, labor, fees, etc. to fully complete the work per the plans and specifications whether specifically listed as a bid item on this form or not. This includes all necessary surveying/staking and mobilization for each trade's work. Additional blank lines have been included in each section for necessary work not listed that the Contractor would like to itemize.
