About this file

This is a Technical Response exhibit for the State of Oklahoma's Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division solicitation for electronic fingerprinting services. The contract is established as a mandatory statewide contract available for utilization by state affiliates on an as-needed basis. The scope encompasses the provision of electronic fingerprinting services to support state agency requirements, with the contract structure allowing multiple state entities to access services through this centralized procurement vehicle.

The technical response document outlines the bidder's proposed approach, capabilities, and service delivery methodology for meeting the state's fingerprinting service requirements. Key evaluation criteria typically include service quality standards, system reliability, turnaround times, and the ability to support multiple state agencies. The contract award is determined based on responsive technical submissions and pricing proposals, with selected vendors expected to maintain service availability throughout the contract term to ensure continuity of fingerprinting services across Oklahoma state government.
