About this file
This is an Agency Purpose attachment document prepared by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division on behalf of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce for a marketing strategy contract solicitation. The Department of Commerce seeks to procure professional services to develop a comprehensive marketing and lead-management strategy that will support the state's economic development objectives. The resulting contract may be designated as a statewide contract available for use by other state agencies under Oklahoma Statutes 74 O.S. § 85.5(G)(3). The solicitation is open to qualified suppliers capable of delivering strategic marketing consultation and lead-management system development to enhance the state's competitive positioning and business recruitment efforts.
The procurement is structured to allow for potential statewide utilization, expanding the contract's scope beyond the Department of Commerce to other state entities with similar marketing and lead-generation needs. As a services-based solicitation, pricing will be negotiated based on the scope and approach proposed by responding vendors. Specific details regarding response deadlines, budget allocations, funding sources, and contract term provisions would be contained in the full solicitation documents and should be reviewed in conjunction with the bid specifications and evaluation criteria to understand the complete requirements and financial parameters of this opportunity.
