Recommended teaming emails
Understand the weekly recommended teaming email, what it includes, who receives it, and how to turn it off from your notification settings.
GovTribe sends a weekly Recommended Teaming Opportunities email so you can act on teaming partnerships and matched opportunities without checking the Explore feed yourself. The email draws from the same vendor-pairing and vendor-matched-opportunity sources that lead the Explore feed.
What the email includes
- Up to five vendors already looking to team, chosen from open teaming interests that match your capture profile vendor's NAICS codes and contracting agencies. Each row names the record, the vendor's anonymous public name, why it matches (shared NAICS, shared agency, or both), and any Top 100 accolade note. Identities are revealed only after a teaming request is accepted. Click Connect on a row to open the record's Teaming tab and start a teaming request to that vendor.
- Up to five opportunities GovTribe's AI has matched to your vendor profile, each with a suggested role (prime or sub) and a short rationale explaining the fit. Click Post your interest on a row to open the create form for that record, pre-filled from your capture profile.
Suggestions you have dismissed in the Explore feed are left out of the email too.
Who receives it
- The email goes to users who have a capture profile vendor GovTribe can use — the vendor on your designated capture profile, or the vendor assigned to your account.
- GovTribe only sends the email in a week when it has relevant recommendations for you. If there is nothing relevant that week, you do not get an email.
- The Recommended Teaming Opportunities notification is on by default.
Turn the email off
Open your profile. Click Profile, or open the user menu and click View Profile.
Find the Notifications section. Scroll to Notifications and locate Recommended Teaming Opportunities.
Turn off the toggle. Switch off Receive a weekly email recommending contracts and records to team on. GovTribe saves the change and stops sending the weekly teaming email.
Turn the toggle back on at any time from the same place to resume the weekly email.
