*** SOLICITATION NUMBER FA4659-13-R-0010 HAS CHANGED TO FA4659-14-R-0002 SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION TRANSIENT AIRCRAFT GROUND SERVICE FA4659-14-R-0002 AND ATTACHMENTS ***
The 319th Contracting Flight at Grand Forks AFB (GFAFB), ND 58205-6436 intends to issue a solicitation for Transient Aircraft Ground Service at GFAFB, ND. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other service items necessary unless specified otherwise as government furnished property and services to complete Transient Aircraft Ground Service In Accordance With (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at GFAFB, North Dakota. Principal Features: Receive, park, service, and launch all transient aircraft landing at GFAFB. The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price requirements type contract for services with a base year and four one-year option periods. The base period of performance will be from on or before 1 February 2013 through 30 September 18. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 488190, Other Support Activities for Air Transportation and the small business size standard is $30 million. This acquisition will be solicited as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. A formal Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 29 October 13 via Federal Business Opportunities (FBO). Paper copies of the solicitation will not be mailed. Prospective offerors are responsible for checking FBO to obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to the solicitation; prospective offerors are encouraged to register for notification through FBO. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award. Registration requires a DUNS number and may take up to three weeks to process.
