Q 1: Can they define a "Full Growing Season"? Is it a full year, is it March thru October, etc.?

Q 2: Specification 029300 - Section 3.8: Depending on their definition of a growing season -can they clarify the following: If we finish planting in June - we may be part way through a growing season - when does the maintenance/warranty obligation start?
A2: The maintenance starts once the Contracting Officer Representative has accepted the plantings as being installed. Plant guarantee (two full growing seasons) starts on the date of the completion of installation provided that all plantings are installed within the specified planting dates in Section 02 93 00 paragraph 1.9.2 and have been accepted by the Contracting Officer Representative.
Q 3: Specification 329219 - Section 1.8: Is there a maintenance obligation for seeded areas (i.e., are we required to mow the seeded areas for 2 years)?
