E. DESCRIBE THE PROJECT AND SPECIFICALLY EXPLAIN THE RELEVANCE OF THE WORK THAT YOU PERFORMED UNDER THE PROJECT TO THE CURRENT ACQUISITION, E.G., TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES LISTED IN SECTION C. INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
