The reviews will assess progress on tasks outlined in the Statement of Work. As part of the PMR, the contractor must provide meeting minutes identifying all action items, responsible parties, and deadlines. The contractor must coordinate dates and agenda items with the government 15 days prior to each review and submit a draft agenda 10 days prior for approval. The government will have 15 days to review and approve the final minutes. Submissions must be in Microsoft Office 2013 format via both the Wide Area Workflow system and email to the Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation.
