About this file
This is a Utility Information Sheet related to the Franklin Road widening project in Idaho, extending from McDermott Road to Black Cat Road. The project scope encompasses widening Franklin Road to five lanes, installing multi-use pathways on both sides of the roadway, constructing stormwater facilities, irrigation facilities, and continuous street lighting, as well as signalizing the intersection of McDermott Road and Franklin Road. Contractors are required to coordinate with all utility contractors involved in the project to ensure proper integration of utility work with the primary construction activities.
The document serves as a reference guide for utility providers and contractors to understand existing utility locations and requirements along the project corridor. This coordination document is essential for contractors bidding on or executing the roadway expansion project to identify potential conflicts with existing utilities and establish necessary communication protocols with utility service providers who maintain infrastructure within the project limits.
