18.PWS says 65 contracted personnel (Sections 1.0, 2.0.) while bid schedule computes to 64 contracted personnel. Is the Contract Manager position included on the bid schedule under Material Management Supervisor (US) Bagram, 3 personnel?

The current hours of operations are Sunday through Thursday, 0700-1830, with ½ hour lunch and Friday through Saturday 0800-1630 with ½ hour lunch. This totals 71 hours per week. Should we use 71 or 72 hours per week in computing our daily rate for each labor category? Are all the workers on this contract expected to work 7 days per week with no breaks? The contractor will be paid for hours worked at the contracted rates. The work will be completed in one shift with staggered lunches allowing for continuous, uninterrupted DLA Disposition Services operations. a.The ordering on this contract will be accomplished through a funded task order. The first task order will be within the contract ordering limitations. It is anticipated that the first task order will be for 65 positions, however, the exact personnel count is dependent on the situation in-theater when the order is released.
29.Just to confirm that the solicitation calls for two volumes, Volume 1, Pricing and Certifications and Volume II, Past Performance. No technical volume is being solicited.
