About this file
This is a Notice to Contractors from the City of Portland Procurement Services regarding a solicitation for construction services at the Columbia Boulevard Wastewater Treatment Plant (CBWTP). The project involves replacing two existing 300-horsepower steam boilers located in the DICO building with three new 400-horsepower hot water boilers to accommodate current and future anaerobic digestion heating demands and provide operational redundancy. The existing boilers are approximately 40 years old and have reached the end of their useful life. Solicitation documents are accessible through the SAP Business Network platform, where interested contractors and subcontractors must sign in to their accounts and select "Respond" to download the available documentation.
No specific pricing terms, response deadlines, award dates, or contract duration information is provided in this notice. Interested parties requiring additional support or clarification regarding the solicitation process are directed to the Support Center on Portland.gov.
