About this file

This document is a Right of Entry agreement between an unnamed Grantor and the City of Carmel, Indiana (Grantee) for the Clay Center Road Path Construction and Culvert Replacement Project. The Right of Entry grants the Grantee and its employees, agents, and contractors permission to enter the specified Premises to perform necessary work outlined in Exhibit A3, which involves constructing a 10-foot wide multi-use path along the west side of Clay Center Road, installing storm sewers, creating curb ramps, and replacing existing culvert structures.

The agreement includes critical provisions for the Grantee's responsibilities, such as protecting and indemnifying the Grantor against potential damages, bodily injuries, or liabilities arising from the project's execution. The Right of Entry will terminate once the improvements are installed and the affected premises are restored to equal or better condition than its original state. While specific financial terms are not detailed in this document, the agreement focuses on establishing the legal framework for site access and project implementation, ensuring mutual protection and clear expectations for the construction work.
