While no specific contract value is explicitly stated, the solicitation covers projects with budgets under $5,000,000, suggesting a potential aggregate contract value in the multi-million dollar range. The City reserves significant discretion in the award process, including the right to reject any or all proposals. Insurance requirements are detailed, with minimum coverage levels specified for various policy types, including workers' compensation, general liability, and professional liability. The solicitation does not specify explicit set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged enterprises, and the City intends to award continuing contracts to multiple firms based on their qualifications and evaluation scores.
