About this file
This addendum amends the pavement recommendations for the George Washington Memorial Parkway Project solicitation. The solicitation seeks sealed bids from small businesses only for rehabilitation of the Clara Barton Parkway, associated parking areas, access roads, and ramps. Work includes asphalt milling and overlay, full depth patching, concrete repair, culvert replacement, guardrail installation, signing, pavement markings, and other miscellaneous work. Pavement structure configurations in Tables 4 through 8 of the original Pavement Report are replaced with amended tables specifying asphalt layer thicknesses and material types for the Clara Barton Parkway, adjacent parking areas, and access road ramps. Bids are due by the date specified on the solicitation form SF1442 to be issued on or around April 9, 2020. The total project cost is estimated to exceed $10 million.
