DESCRIPTION: On or about May 15, 2015, the National Park Service (NPS), Midwest Region, Missouri Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) P15PS00380 to solicit proposals for a heating and air conditioning (HVAC) replacement and geothermal project at the Lincoln Home National Historic Site, Springfield, Illinois 62701;

The work will consist of providing all labor, qualified supervision, materials, tools, equipment, supplies and incidentals to modify the existing HVAC at the Beedle House from a gas fired heating and air conditioning (HVAC) system to a geothermal field HVAC system.

The Beedle House is located within a nationally significant historic neighborhood. The Contractor must take care not to disturb or change important resources that may be located within the project area. The building will be inhabited for the duration of the project. The work schedule must reflect the need to accommodate the Park Service employees working in the space during contract performance.
