About this file

This amendment modifies a solicitation for utilities and infrastructure support services. The scope of work includes construction of electrical utilities, concrete foundations, equipment tie downs, water and wastewater systems, access roads, parking areas, security fencing, and site work to support installation of transmission and receiver antennas and related equipment for a tactical mobile over-the-horizon radar system. Bids are to be based on using local aggregates, with contractors responsible for testing and submitting variations if aggregates do not meet specifications. The Navy Facilities Engineering Command Pacific is the contracting agency, with an estimated value between $100-250 million and a 1,106 calendar day period of performance.
