CONTRACTOR QUESTION : GOVERNMENT RESPONSE:
CONTRACTOR QUESTION 26: Paragraph 3.17 requires the contractor to furnish and install new RAM Cylinders listed in 1.3.4 and 1.3.5. Contractor has communicated with several potential vendors for supplying these cylinders, but none will provide pricing and delivery with so little information available. Does the Government have a source for these cylinders?
GOVERNMENT RESPONSE: The GOVT does not have a source at this time. If the Govt nor the contractor can find a source by the award an RCC will be written to refurbish vice replace.
CONTRACTOR QUESTION 27: Contractor is still experiencing delays with vendors and subcontractors providing necessary quotes, particularly through the recent Holiday span. Lacking all the necessary information not only affects the pricing proposal, but also various sections of the Pre-Award requirements. Please provide an extension of the proposal due date of five
(5) business days to allow contractor to finish procurring vendor and subcontractor information and to better prepare a competitive proposal.
GOVERNMENT RESPONSE:
The Proposal due date has been extended to Tuesday December 4, 2018 by 1:00pm
