QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
The following are answers to questions received from potential offerors. The answers provide clarification only and do not constitute an amendment to the solicitation.
QUESTION:
1. Upon review of USNS ZEUS (T-ARC 7) R-4084 it was found that the following items appear to be duplicate items that are listed under USNS ZEUS (T-ARC 7) RDOP #110 *Amendment 01* which is currently being worked. Please advise contractor if the items listed below are duplicates and if they should be removed from USNS ZEUS (R-4084).
201, 401, 402, 403, 408, 501-503, 505, 601, 604-605, 607-610 and 655. Please clarify which contract these items are scheduled to be worked under.
All of the above requested change is necessary to allow contractor time to review entire specification, references and drawings, submit requests to subcontractors, assemble and submit a proposal that will be clear, unambiguous and the best value to Government.
ANSWER:
“The items in question are annual requirements. We are currently executing the same work at the end of FY20 window to complete. The Fall MTA goes through winter and ends in the middle of the FY21 cycle and needs to be complete again before going on mission.”
