QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
The following are answers to questions received from potential offerors. The answers provide clarification only and do not constitute an amendment to the solicitation.
QUESTION 1: Is there a recommended area of installation due to the following strike between Para
3.4.1.7 and 3.4.1.8 of Amendment 0003 ? Refrigeration Units No. 1 & 2 shall be arranged in the Distributed Systems Compartment No. 3A (S) 4-58-1 and No. 3A (P) 4-58-2 respectively.
ANSWER:
The Distributed Systems Compartment is still the preferred area for installation; however, MSC recognizes that the Distributed Systems Compartment may not have sufficient air flow to maintain adequate air cooling to the refrigeration system's condensers.
