1.0 User Interface and Performance

The proposer shall describe how their LMS provides an intuitive, user-friendly interface tailored to learners and administrators.

The system should include:

· Simplified Navigation: The proposer should demonstrate how the LMS ensures easy access to courses, progress tracking, assessments, and reports through a well-organized dashboard.

· Minimal Learning Curve: The proposer should illustrate how users can quickly become proficient with the system without extensive training.

· User-Centric Design: The proposer should explain how UI/UX design principles enhance engagement and efficiency for both learners and administrators.

· Role-Specific Dashboards: The proposer should confirm that learners, instructors, and administrators each have unique, optimized dashboards tailored to their specific needs.

1.2 Mobile-Friendly and Responsive Design

The proposer shall describe how their LMS supports full functionality across desktops, tablets, and smartphones, ensuring accessibility from any device.

The system should include:
