This attestation is one of several mandatory legal compliance documents associated with the LMS procurement, which includes a 60-month initial contract term with two optional 12-month renewal periods. Proposals for the comprehensive, cloud-based LMS were due by October 9, 2025, at 3:00 pm. The system must support 2,500 concurrent users and integrate with HR, ERP, and EMS platforms such as ImageTrend. The procurement evaluates vendors on qualifications (30%), approach (40%), statement of work (20%), and compensation (10%), with no specific budget disclosed. Additional mandatory compliance forms include human trafficking affidavits and certifications regarding ownership restrictions related to foreign countries of concern.
