Request for Information (RFI) U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS)
Application Support Centers (ASC)
HSSCCG-17-R-00005
10 May 2017
In response to today’s pre-solicitation conference, USCIS is continuing its market research relating to relevant experience for the ASC re-compete. Currently, the DRAFT solicitation, in part, defines relevancy as a contractor experienced with a contract value of >$50 million per year and managing a staff of >800, with national experience and experience across many different locations. The current contract exceeds both of these relevancy data points.
Question 1: Does your company meet the DRAFT solicitation definition of relevancy described above? If not, please discuss why.
Question 2: Given the current size and scope of the ASC requirement, what relevancy definition is appropriate for this re-compete? Please provide your rationale.
Please respond to Sylwia.Salkic@uscis.dhs.gov by noon, EST, on Friday, 12 May 2017.
