About this file
This document contains planning information for the delivery of twenty-eight satellite vehicles to orbit under Solicitation HQ085021R0001 issued by the Space Development Agency. The Launch Services Contractor shall provide delivery on orbit for the satellite vehicles using the minimum number of launches necessary, with the first launch required no later than September 2022 and all satellites to be on orbit by 31 March 2023 at the latest. Two different types of satellites are to be transported - seven Group A satellites and three Group B satellites by Transport Vendor 1, and seven Group A satellites and three Group B satellites by Transport Vendor 2. Details are provided on the expected mass properties and interface requirements for each vendor. Additionally, four tracking satellites are to be delivered to orbit under the ESPA interface standard with expected mass properties and considerations around purge gases and cleanliness standards listed.
