HISTORICAL POSITION DESCRIPTIONS
POSITION
POSITION DESCRIPTION EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
Senior Analyst Technical Leaders in the firm. Known professional community for their technical abilities and technical contributions to the firm, clients, and profession.
BS degree in an engineering or architectural discipline.
Minimum of 10 years facility engineering or similar work experience.
Program Principle Senior level manager, who has organizational development and project delivery skills. Oversees the most complex, and technically challenging projects on the program. Experienced in project portfolio management and government contract administration.
PE, PMP, CCM, OR equivalent certification.
Minimum of 10 years facility engineering or similar work experience.
Project Manager Is a leader of a construction project. BS degree in construction management or engineering related field.
Minimum of 3 years project management work experience.
Estimators This individual is responsible for developing independent government cost estimates for long term projects (MILCON) and current maintenance, repair, alteration, and construction projects using Timberline.
Four-year degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience.
Minimum of 3 years construction cost estimating experience.
QA Inspectors This individual is responsible for ensuring the D/B contractor implements an effective Quality Control program and uses the provisions daily to control the quality of work.
Four-year degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience.
Minimum of 4 years construction management and/or craft supervision experience.
QA Inspectors (Entry Level)
This individual is responsible for ensuring the D/B contractor implements an effective Quality Control program and uses the provisions daily to control the quality of work. This entry level QA Inspector will be mentored and supervised by a more senior QA Inspector.
Four-year degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience.
Entry level.
Office Engineers (Engineering Support)
Responsible for the document management of a project to include preconstruction, construction, and post construction support Management of information, data entry, contract deliverable tracking, decision and issue tracking and resolution and document control.
Four-year degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience.
A minimum of 4 years typical document management and database experience.
Schedulers Develops baseline construction schedules and tracks actual work progress using Primavera software.
Limited supervision and general direction, independently applies techniques to complex assignments. Viewed as a fully competent, experienced professional.
Four-year degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience.
Minimum of 5 years construction scheduling experience.
Construction Managers This individual is responsible for the oversight of all constructions efforts at a large project site. Limited supervision and general direction, independently applies advanced techniques to complex assignments. Viewed as a fully competent, experienced professional.
Four-year degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience.
Minimum of 5 years construction management work experience.
Design Coordinators (Entry Level)
Responsible for design review, design review tracking, tenant requirements coordination and scope of work development.
BS degree in an engineering or architectural discipline.
Entry level.
Transition Specialists Preconstruction, Construction and Post Construction, support. This individual is responsible for facilitating the acceptance of a completed project. Responsible for management and tracking of transition documentation.
Four-year degree or associates degree in engineering technology/architecture or related field or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience.
Immune of 3 years construction management experience.
Safety Inspectors This individual is responsible for the oversight of all construction efforts at a large project site. Oversees all craft activities at the site and provides overall direction and guidance.
Four-year degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience.
Minimum of 5 years construction safety oversight or similar work experience.
Commissioning Specialist This individual insures commissioning activities to include review of contractors proposed plan, verification and monitoring or testing, troubleshooting failures and review of final submission. Assists all parties in achieving Commissioning goals for the program by providing technical and procedure oversight during all phases of projects.
Four-year degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience.
Minimum of 5 years commissioning experience.
