On this page Offeror to include one (1) or two (2) paragraphs describing how Offeror derived the rates proposed in Attachment 1.
Great lakes Environmental Center, Inc. (GLEC) rates were developed by using a weighted average of the fully loaded Project Manager, Field Crew Leaders, data analysts and Field Technician hourly rates.
Individual hourly rates were calculated by using the Defence Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) approved Indirect Rate (IDR) of 1.6433 and 2021 Base salaries with a 7% fee. Since there was no opportunity for annual escalation, GLEC added a 5% escalation to the weighted rates. GLEC’s IDR is audited and approved annually by the Federal Government. The 2020 IDR is 1.6433.
No over-time premium rates were offered; non-exempt staff (hourly) over-time will be billed as straight time at the fixed proposed hourly rates given in this Pricing attachment.
GLEC’s proposed hourly rates do not include travel, per diem or lodging expenses. Those costs will be proposed on specific Task Order or Work Assignment proposals.
