Emergency Standby Material and Service Contracts

Material and Services Type: Table A - General Logistics

Respondent: Evaluator Name:

Until the RFP process is completed, you are not permitted to discuss your evaluation or Respondent’s Proposal with anyone other than the Procurement Officer, including other evaluators. The Procurement Officer is your sole point of contact for this RFP. If you have any questions or issues, please contact Tara Walters at (850) 815-4606 or Tara.Walters@em.myflorida.com

Evaluators must perform their evaluations using only the information submitted in the Respondent’s Proposal and must not base their evaluations on information obtained outside of the Respondent’s Proposal.

The Evaluator Workbook (MS Excel) must be completed for each Respondent who submitted a Proposal. Your workbook must be submitted electronically via email to Tara Walters by the date and time in the Timeline of Events or as notified.

Evaluators must review Section 4, Evaluation Criteria and Scoring and the supporting documentation submitted by the Respondent for each of the items listed below. Evaluators will select one of the available drop-down options in the yellow cells to assign their evaluation to the element of the Respondent's Technical Proposal.

Based on the assigned evaluation selected in the yellow cells, a corresponding score will automaticaly populate in the "Evaluator Score" column.
