Site Visit Rules of Engagement
All questions MUST be submitted in writing NLT 18 Feb 2014 by 1300 hrs
No questions will be answered during the site visit
Submit all formal communications to aaron.vollbracht@us.af.mil or erica.wilson7@us.af.mil NLT ten calendar days prior to the proposal due date
Proposals must arrive in10 CONS by 17 Mar 2014 at 1400 hrs
The Technical Library is open 10-14 Feb 2014 in the CE Bldg. All offerors must schedule an appointment with Erica Wilson or Aaron Vollbracht to use the library
Key Proposal Items
SP shall provide all labor (other than Planned Work)
SP shall provide all materials (other than Planned Work)
SP shall provide office equipment (e.g. copiers, office supplies) Govt will provide AF-networked PCs and printers
SP shall provide general purpose vehicles Govt will provide 2 Zamboni’s (1 good, 1 marginal) (Cadet Spt contract)
Govt will provide existing special purpose vehicles (CE contract)
SP shall provide all personal hand tools Govt will provide accountable tools/equipment as listed in RFP
All CLINs are Firm Fixed Price (exceptions noted in CLIN structure) This is a change from previous contracts (e.g. Special Events, AD equip)

Water Systems – Under evaluation Both potable and non-potable distribution
Bid on CLIN 1016, phased out if privatized
Wastewater Network – Under evaluation Might include WWTP (CLIN 1017)
Bid on CLIN 1018, phased out if privatized
Don’t forget facility interior and systems are still CE responsibility!
