Note 1: The Government reserves the right to unilaterally choose a Level of Service (LOS) (at award or when exercising an option) or a combination thereof, as deemed appropriate. Offerors shall carefully review and consider all data provided in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to develop a reasonable proposal that meet the Government’s needs.
Note 2. The Total Proposed Price consists of all CLINS/ELINS factored by applying a weighted percentage to each level of service. The percentage used will be based on the Government’s anticipated probability of each level of service utilized. The weighted percentage is not applicable in the Base Year because the Government is certain that only Level of Service 1 and 2 will be awarded. Therefore, Level of Service 3 is not required in the Base Year.
"Note 3. The weighted percentage will be factored in the Government's calculation to determine the Total Evaluated Price (TEP)." The TEP constitutes the Total Proposed Price plus the sum of the Option to Extend Services formula. TheTEP is for the Government pricing evaluation purposes only and will not reflect the actual contract award amount.
