Q127 1. Reference: Amendment 004, Page 4 of 8, PART III –PAST PERFORMANCE PROPOSAL, “Submit one (1) Electronic copy and original plus three (3) paper copies.” And Amendment 004, Page 6 of 8, Proposal Submission Table.
Question: Page 4 states three paper copies and the table on page four states four paper copies.
Can the government clarify the number of past performance paper copies required for submittal?

Question: Will the government consider the use of building 740 for storing of paved and unpaved surfaces heavy equipment and materials such as gravel and asphalt?

Workload Estimates, Level of Service 3, “25 Sep 2015 through 24 Sep 2020”.
Question: The dates for Level of Service 3 include the base year through Option Year 4. Does the Government want service level 3 to be included into base year cost? If so, can the government provide an update Attachment 4 Price Worksheet?

Q133 1. Reference: Attachment 1, PWS, Amendment 004, Page 36 of 47, Appendix 2:
Workload Estimates, Level of Service 2 Base Year, “Annual Combined Total Priority 3A DSWs: 3387 plus 454 back-log Work-orders - Base Year only”.
Question: The combined totals do not add up correctly. The 3387 DSWs plus the 454 back-log Work-orders add up to 3841, but the total number of DSW and Work-orders on the chart add up to 3883. Can the government provide a corrected Level of Service 2 chart for the base year?
