UASOCS Ramstein site visit 10 Dec 2014 The UASOCS site visit for Ramstein AB, Germany to be held 10 Dec 2014 closes out for sign up this Friday 07 Nov 2014. Any company wishing to reserve up to two (2) positions for the visit must contact the Senior Contract Manager, Stephen Newport, at Stephen.Newport@langley.af.mil or thru the org box accamic.drx.uasocsrecompete@us.af.mil . by COB 1600 EST Friday 07 Nov 2014. Clearances for individuals named must be received NLT 12 Nov 2014 to allow for validation and coordination with the overseas location.
All previous sign ups and clearances are still valid and do NOT need to be resent. Confirmation of continuing interest in the Ramstein site visit on the date of 10 Dec 2014 is however requested as is any change of individuals representing the companies previously signed up.

All interested parties will meet at the visitors parking lot just outside Ramstein AB main gate at 0900 local on 10 Dec 2014. Bus transportation to/from SATCOM relay site will be provided from that parking lot. Agenda is still being finalized and will be provided to interested parties who have signed up. The Program Manager Tim Werling, and the contracting officer, Phil Nease, will be on hand again locally to lead the groups and answer questions. A local technical representative will also be available.
While spot questions will be addressed during the visit all formal questions should be submitted in writing to the email addresses above and a written response will be provided and posted to FBO.
