Does this stipulation apply to all volumes? Volume II is past performance which is singularly identifying information. As well, Volume III, which is pricing with Team List (ITO 1.0) will include company and subcontractor designations in justification and estimation methods and software. Finally, Volume IV is Contract Documentation with various company information , officer designation and representations and certifications. Each Volume include a Team List ? Is the Team list to be generic ?
