Section L requires four (4) volumes. Section M refers to three (3) factors. It is the same information, just called something different.
To make sure we submit it correctly, would you please clarify the factors/volumes?

Can we submit Technical Experience previously completed as a joint venture, specifically as a protégé under a mentor‐protégé agreement, if we plan on submitting this as a standalone Offeror (not as the JV)?
Section L, seems to allow for Technical Experience by organizations other than the Offeror listed on the SF 1442 if we provide an explanation.
Offerors are allowed to provide technical experience as Joint Ventures, Prime
Contractors, Subcontractors, etc. which allows offerors maximum opportunity to provide said tehcnical experience information. Please note evaluation criteria
