About this file
This is a Schedule of Quantities and Prices exhibit for IFB No. OP145195, a liquid waste removal services contract. The procurement solicits disposal and removal services for two primary waste streams: steam, fuel island, and chassis jet clarifiers (non-RCRA hazardous) with an estimated annual volume of 350,000 gallons, and bus, train, and car wash clarifiers and storage tanks (non-hazardous) with an estimated annual volume of 200,000 gallons. The schedule also includes supplemental labor charges for transfer hours at a fully burdened rate with an estimated four hours per service call, surcharges for unscheduled service calls, and EPA manifest fees based on an estimated 82 manifests generated annually. All estimated quantities and service hours are provided for information purposes only and are not guaranteed; actual volumes and hours may vary.
Bidders must submit pricing for the per-gallon disposal rate for each waste stream category, the fully burdened hourly rate for supplemental transfer hours, the per-service-call surcharge for unscheduled work, and the per-manifest EPA manifest fee. The fully burdened rate must include all direct and indirect costs, profit, salaries, overhead, taxes, insurance, fringe benefits, and other expenses associated with contract performance. All labor, equipment, vehicles, materials, paperwork preparation, manifest processing, and solid content removal shall be included in the bid price. The contractor's rates shall remain firm for the entire contract duration. Bidders must sign and date the schedule upon submission, and the total bid price represents the sum of all three pricing tables.
