About this file

This is a Form 60 Professional Services Cost/Price Summary template used by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) for solicitations and contract proposals. The form serves as a standardized cost and pricing submission document for professional services contractors bidding on LACMTA projects. The template provides structured sections for offerors to itemize and calculate all cost elements associated with their proposals, including direct labor, overhead, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other direct costs, ultimately arriving at a total estimated price.

The form requires contractors to detail labor costs by category with associated hourly rates and estimated hours, apply appropriate labor overhead rates, and itemize all direct material and equipment costs. Contractors must also identify any subcontracted work, travel expenses, general and administrative expenses, and proposed profit or fee percentages. Additionally, the form includes sections for milestone or task-based payment schedules that must reconcile with the total estimated price. The document incorporates certification requirements wherein the proposer attests to the accuracy and currency of cost and pricing data, confirms compliance with federal acquisition regulations, and discloses any use of external solicitation support or contingent fee arrangements. The form explicitly grants LACMTA the right to examine contractor records, books, documents, and accounting procedures to verify all submitted cost and pricing data prior to contract award.
