About this file

Exhibit 1 is a filing schedule document from the New York State Liquor Authority that establishes deadlines for price posting submissions and viewing access. The exhibit outlines distinct timelines for wholesaler and retail schedules within the Alcohol Price Posting and Delinquency Management platform. Wholesaler schedules filed between the 1st and 25th of each month become effective on the first day of the second succeeding calendar month, while filings submitted between the 26th and end of month become effective on the first day of the third succeeding calendar month. Retail schedules filed between the 1st and 5th of each month become effective on the first day of the following calendar month, with filings between the 6th and end of month becoming effective on the first day of the second succeeding calendar month. Amendments to previously filed retail schedules may be submitted within three business days after the 15th of each month, with effectiveness on the first day of the following calendar month.

The document also specifies viewing access windows for previously filed price postings. Wholesaler schedule viewing access is available for current month filings from the 1st through the 14th, with next month schedules viewable from the 15th through month-end. Retail schedule viewing follows a similar structure, with current month filings accessible from the 1st through the 14th and next month schedules viewable from the 15th through three business days after the 15th, and amended wholesale submissions accessible from three business days after the 15th through month-end. All deadlines that fall on holidays or weekends are automatically moved to the next business day to ensure compliance flexibility.
