The State requires that all bids be submitted from a single source apparatus manufacturer that will design, fabricate, and assemble the complete trailer including chassis, cab weldment, body, and integrated electrical system on the bidder's premises. Delivery must occur at Tennessee Emergency Management Agency, 3041 Sidco Drive, Nashville, Tennessee 37204, with all communication coordinated through designated point of contact Andrew Bates at 865-209-5575 or andrew.bates@tn.gov.

The contractor must provide two electrical wiring diagrams at delivery (one bound paper copy and one digital copy) and submit a detailed approval drawing for State written approval prior to construction commencement. The warranty for major components must be provided by the single source manufacturer, excluding component-specific warranties for items such as axles and generators. No pricing information, set-asides, incumbent contractors, or funding sources are specified in this sourcing event documentation.
