About this file

This is an Executive Order No. 16 Certification document required for a Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center procurement in New York for Workday Marketplace Certified Service Partner on-demand support services. Roswell Park is seeking proposals from qualified Workday Marketplace Certified Service Partners to provide flexible, on-demand consulting services across multiple Workday functional areas, including system enhancements, reporting, integrations, troubleshooting, and optimization activities. The RFP intends to establish a pool of qualified vendors to support ongoing operational needs. Roswell Park may award to one or multiple vendors and will engage vendors on a per-assignment basis depending on project requirements, expertise, availability, and performance. The resultant agreement will be structured as a three-year time and materials agreement with options to add two successive one-year renewal terms for a total contract period of five years. Roswell Park does not guarantee a minimum volume of work, and bidders are advised to carefully review all RFP requirements before submitting proposals.

The certification document requires all vendors to attest under penalties of perjury regarding their business operations in Russia, as defined by Executive Order No. 16. Vendors must confirm whether they conduct business operations in Russia or have taken steps to wind down such operations, or operate only to provide vital health and safety services or comply with federal law. The RFP indicates no Minority/Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (0.00% MWBE requirement), no previous identical or substantially similar procurement contracts have been awarded within the past five years, and Roswell Park does not guarantee minimum work volume under this on-demand services agreement.
