About this file
This document is a Contract Amendment (Amendment Number 2) for the Data Architecture, Strategy and Technology Consulting Services contract between the State of North Dakota, specifically acting through its Information Technology Department and the Office of Management and Budget State Procurement Office, and Passerelle, the contracted consulting firm.
The contract amendment addresses three primary modifications: insurance requirements, contract renewal, and pricing adjustment. The insurance requirements are updated in accordance with 2021 House Bill 1057, increasing liability limits across commercial general liability, automobile liability, and employer's liability categories. The contract term is extended by 24 months, changing the expiration date to October 31, 2025, with one additional 12-month extension remaining. The pricing is adjusted to a flat rate of $175.00 per hour for all job classifications, effective August 1, 2023. The amendment was executed by representatives from Passerelle and the State of North Dakota on October 23-24, 2023, and maintains all other existing contract terms.
