Jim Ouldhouse asked the question, “Work is limited in Lighting and Rattle Creek between July 15 and September 15 (62 days). With only the 62 days to work below OHW is this sufficient to complete all work?” and the response was “Yes”. He also asked, “Can more than 1 Work site be in construction at the same time?” and the response was,” Any site is available for work if it meets the requirements of the contract.”.It appears to me that we cannot work on multiple sites at the same time due to note 3 on plan sheet E2. All areas of work will be needing temporary diversions of some sort, therefore; it seems that there will not be enough time to finish all phases of work within the 62 days mentioned above. Please respond.
This will be addressed in a forthcoming Amendment. 4/3/2018
45 X
The question about staging areas was also asked, and was answered, “See Section 105”.
This section refers to staying within the R/W. I don’t see any R/W markings on the plans that would show bidders the areas that are available.
Please respond.
The road is closed, and will remain closed.
(see Subsection 156.04 and Plan Sheet H.2.) Use portions of the Right of Way approved by the CO for staging (See Subsection 105.04). See vicinity map Plan Sheets A.1 and A.3 for Forest Boundaries. 4/3/2018

Please respond.
Yes. This will be addressed in a forthcoming Amendment. 4/3/2018
