About this file
This document is a Contract Amendment for Contract No. CTR061676, issued by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Procurement and involving Environmental Science Corp – Pace Analytical National as the contractor. The amendment pertains to a Statewide Environmental Laboratory Service contract and modifies several sections of the original scope of work.
The amendment primarily updates language related to reporting timelines, invoice discounts, and electronic data deliverables. Key changes include revising penalty language from "penalties" to "invoice discounts" for late reporting, maintaining the 25% and 50% discount rates for analyses reported beyond 10 and 17 calendar days respectively. The amendment also updates requirements for electronic data deliverables, imposing a 25% invoice discount if requested electronic data is not provided. Additionally, the amendment includes replacing the existing pricing sheet with a new version dated 05-08-2024. The contract maintains the original terms for routine result reporting, with a goal of achieving 100% timeliness within the 24-calendar-day grace period when evaluated by job.
