The contract provides environmental forensics site investigation, technical support services, verification assessment, baseline data collection, special case studies, statistics and data evaluation, tank abandonment, and tank removal services. The amendment also incorporates public records requirements per Florida Statutes Chapter 119, adds certification requirements regarding the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, and establishes MyFloridaMarketPlace transaction fee procedures, with automatic deduction from state payments when possible. All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain in effect.
