About this file
This is Amendment No. 13 to Agency Term Contract No. GC774 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and Southeastern Petroleum Contractors, Inc. The original contract was effective February 26, 2014, and covers petroleum contamination site response action services under the Petroleum Restoration Program.
Amendment No. 13 updates the Scope of Services, specifically Section 12 (Debris, Waste and Product Removal and Disposal) of Attachment A regarding soil overage procedures. The amendment establishes that when delivery weight tickets indicate an overage of the volume approved on a Purchase Order, and the soil volume does not exceed 20% of the total authorized volume, the contractor must notify the site manager via a Request for Change within two business days of the date the additional soil was transported from the site. All other contract terms and conditions remain in effect, with the amendment provisions controlling in any case of inconsistency between the original contract and this amendment.
